Focus Skateshop’s “weather permitting” trailer

The first trailer for Focus Skateshop’s upcoming video has just been released. Filmed and edited by Zander Ritchie, it will be there first video release since 2003’s “Salt & sauce” (referring to how east coasters like there bags of chips dressed) , and it’s not gonna be an easy follow up as that one was a belter. Let’s cast our minds back….

By the looks of things it’s going to have a very different editing style, Benji Batemen really went hard on the computer generated visuals and double angles, really placing the video pretty firmly in the era from whence it came. But I think the it gives it a special charm, as well as the skating being great. Special shout out to my old mate Mark Foster for having the best part in the whole thing and being an all round ripper.

A diverse line up, good filming, and even a dash of Californian sunshine!

I will be looking forward to this one.
